  I have called and called and all it will do is ring once then disconnect. I have had this happen months earlier as well when I called in with questions about spay/neutering. I had to physically go into the office to get any answers! By the way, expect a $295.00 citation fee and a court hearing if you ever license your dog, then fall on hard times and go three months without being able to afford to renew it. They'll go after you even if your house is going through foreclosure. They won't answer the phone to give any info about waiving any fees either. I had to do a search on Facebook to find the waived late fee and rabies event. Thankfully Harold and news posted the event details, seeing as how the kcas can't be bothered to help anyone out with information like that.
